How Aquaware software was specifically used to achieve dramatic weight loss.<\/h2>\r\n

I have received a flurry of emails, comments, posts and inquiries regarding my blog “How I effortlessly lost 30lbs using software!<\/a>“. People are curious a out how I used Aquaware software, what intentions I used, how I programmed water, etc. to achieve my\u00a0results. In response I am posting this step by step process\u00a0so others can follow the same and achieve their own results. Here are the details.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

My specific experience with Aquaware and weight loss and the process I followed.<\/p>\r\n

  1. I use Aquaware once a day to program water early in the morning.<\/li>\r\n\t
  2. I program one bottle of water per day before leaving the house in the am.<\/li>\r\n\t
  3. I drank about half the bottle water immediately and the second half over the next hour.<\/li>\r\n\t
  4. I began by programming the Physical Energy Intention for two weeks.<\/li>\r\n\t
  5. I then added the Appetite Curb or Balance and Fat Loss intentions to my daily water programming.<\/li>\r\n\t
  6. All three intentions, (Physical Energy, Appetite Curb or Balance and Fat Loss) can be combined in one QLS session and programmed into water at the same time using Aquaware 4.0.<\/li>\r\n\t
  7. The Physical energy intention empowered me to being exercising again and increase my metabolism which in turn burned fat.<\/li>\r\n\t
  8. The Appetite Curb intention empowered me to complete a 10 day cleanse with no cheating that resulted in losing 15lbs. It continues to curb my appetite and give me more control over my eating habits.<\/li>\r\n\t
  9. The Fat Loss intention has empowered me to lose fat by targeting my weight loss intention to fat and not muscle which I want to keep.<\/li>\r\n\t
  10. This is the I Aquaware regimen I have been following since August 2014 every day. I will go into a maintenance mode of twice a week after I hit my desired goal.<\/li>\r\n\t
  11. I am down to 180lbs as of 01.15.15 from 215lbs on 08.01.2014. I will continue until I am perfectly happy with my fat level and body image. By late spring I plan to be completely ready for the beach again.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
