Hey, everyone. Welcome to the MDM Minute with Peter Schenk. Today I want to talk about the power of nature. I try and get out 3 or 4 times a week and just hike. It’s great for the body. It’s great for the body/mind, the end spirit. But utilizing the energy flow of the forest is breathtaking when you have reached that octave. To do it, it’s really simple. Just find a place, any place. I did a video, you can put your back against a tree, feel that energy for a quick energy rush, but getting into that higher octave is really, really quick. You just find a peaceful calm place, you can do it standing. Close your eyes. When you close your eyes, tune into the energy signatures around you. They can be from the tree, from the grass, from wherever you’re at, and just allow the flow. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth many times. This gets that energy flow going. Just put your consciousness around you in nature, and what you’ll find is, when you open up your eyes and you come out of it, you’re in an amazing, calm place.
This is one technique that I use to get rid of stress. I spend a lot of hours doing the type of work I do in front of the computer, and I find myself starting to stress out and I’ve got to get back to my grass roots. Get back in nature and just close your eyes for 30 seconds. Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth, and allow the energy of the forest to envelop you. Again, once you’re in that octave of that stream, all of your stresses, all the de-plugging, it just goes away. Thank you.
