Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the MDM Minute with Peter Schenk. Today, I want to talk to you about concept, hope versus despair. In my belief system, I don’t believe in light versus dark, good or evil. I believe in what we call levels of vibration, higher octaves or higher frequencies. Really, the way it works is in my belief system, I believe everything emulates from source, and there are rings outside of source. The closer something vibrates to source, the higher the octave, or in a perceived reality, the more good it is and the further away it is, the more evil or dark it would be.

With that said, I want to just explain a very simple concept of how you can understand this. Let’s imagine you have a room and that room is completely black. There are no windows and no doors, and you light up the brightest light inside that room. What happens to the darkness? It simply goes away. The darkness cannot exist within the light. Now you have a room that’s completely filled with white light. Can the darkness exist in there? Imagine that a room is filled with white light. Point and case made. The darkness cannot exist within the light, but the light can always exist without the darkness.

Now, you take your most horrible experience, your most hopeless experience and pull it up in your mind’s eye for a second and look at it, okay, something that’s just totally off in your life and it’s just filled with black garbage gook, almost weighing you down, giving you anxiety, stress, and everything else, there’s a little light that goes with it. Now remember the concept. The darkness cannot exist within the light but the light can always exist within the darkness. If you look and no matter how scary or hopeless that situation is in your head, you have to look at it for what it is. In there, and I promise you this, in there is always a pinprick of light, always.

It’s just up to you to find that pinprick of light in that situation. When you do, you focus on it and you honor its space. Just put your attention on it and honor the space in which you exist. What you’ll see is that light start to grow much larger, almost like you’re walking out of the darkness towards the light. That’s exactly what you’re doing. What you’re doing is you’re breaking apart that situation in your life. Now, what happens is the light shines through. The darkness cannot exist within the light. What happens, in a very, very short amount of time, it just dissipates, or you see a way through. This always happens. I promise you that. Try it. Try this technique in something in your life and please post your results down below. Thank you.
