Hey, everyone, welcome to another M D M Minute. I wanted to take a minute, I’m doing a really cool hike today with some friends of mine, and I want to show you how you can utilize nature for healing your body, mind and spirit. Or just to get an energy boost. So if you’re out hiking, obviously you enjoy nature and tranquility and the energy flow, but a way to really tap into it is to find a large tree. I’m here in Connecticut so I have a large oak tree behind me and that tree, that chi, that prana that kind of runs through it, you can really utilize it. The simplest way to do that is just to pull up the back of your shirt and you put your bare skin against the tree.
You close your eyes and just kind of feel the tree for a minute and you breathe through your nose and out your mouth three or four times and in doing so, you put your attention on the tree and honor its space simply by repeating the words out loud, I honor the space in which you exist. By doing so, the energy force or the life force of the tree will come right into your spine. You can use that to direct it for healing inside the physical body. It only takes a couple minutes and the rush that you get from the energy from the tree is absolutely amazing. Of course you can use it for healing. Thank you.
