Hey, Everyone. Welcome to another MDM minute. Today I want to talk about the power of water in nature. The consciousness of the flow behind me is really amazing, when you can just sit here for a few minutes and really enjoy it.
One way to tap into that divine stream of energy, and again, such as the previous video of using your bare skin back against a tree, you can also use the power of water to do the same. The difference is you don’t have to physically drink it. You just get comfortable in your space, put your attention on the flow, not a spot, but the flow of energy of the water. It’s very easy, again. You just close your eyes for, you know, fifteen seconds and breath through your nose and out through your mouth. You feel that energy of the water just flowing, coming down. When you do, put your attention on the whole water source. Repeat the words out loud, “I honor the space in which you exist.” That energy flow will just invigorate you, refresh you and obviously allow you to continue on your hike, if you’re low on energy.
The tree you can use for self-healing. A water source such as this you can use for instant energy or vice versa. The tree more prominent for healing and of course the river is more predominant for energy flow.
Way of amplifying the power of the river too is to come in and create a little rock formation. There. There’s a little one right here. There’s another one, there.
By building these little power centers, you can also put your attention on them to harness the power of the water to come up through that when you’re honoring the space. Just another little tip and trick in this whole outdoors, natures, energy, chi, prana. Thank you.
