Activation Instructions
- Link with the Tree of Knowledge

- Place the Crystals on a solid surface in front of your body. Place the Crystal sphere on the triangular base in front of you. Make sure the triangle points to the north. Then, arrange the color tower crystals at the points of the triangle.
- Place your energy, focus and intention on the Tree of Life in the center of the sphere.
- Acknowledge its existence and recite the following mantra:
I am, I was, and I will be again
. - You’ve now activated and bonded with the crystals.

- How to Meditate

- Get into a comfortable seated position.
- Take three deep breaths, calming and grounding your body.
- Close your eyes and focus on the sensation of your breathing.
- Allow thoughts to flow through your mind, and out of it.
- Try not to attach to anything, try to keep your mind empty to receive wisdom.
If you lose your focus, bring your mind back by focusing on your breath. It may take a few times to truly master the focus meditation requires. But once you do, it will be as easy and normal as breathing.
