I used the “great night sleep” intention several nights in a row on water I was drinking and once when showering, and had a great night’s sleep that first night and have been sleeping better ever since. Also, I have been using the program remotely to help a friend in TN deal with on-going pain from knee surgery. After the 2nd night of running the bathing/showering option for pain symptoms and causations, she wrote ” I am happy to report that I am feeling great. Wow!”
